We just received information from our source in Buea that, popular photographer Maestro, boss of 44 pictures was robbed at gun point in his studio situated in Molyko around check point. He was with actor Lynno Lovert, Actress Malvis Ann, Model Yimga Stephanie and designer Juliette Spark of JS Designs.

According to reports in our possession, they were about to shoot the latest collection of Juliette Spark Designe before the men of the underworld stormed the studio at 7:30pm.

Everything in the studio was taken including the hard drive. Contacted  by Dalufe Valery, Yimga Stephanie had this to say;

We were onset shooting for js designs. We were about to shoot and boom thieves entered in the name of they suffering in bushes and we here enjoying. Everybody down, all phones up all backs out and that’s how they took all 44pictures equipments in his studio including even a hard drive.”

Lynno Lovert on his part lost 1.2 Millions Frs cfa and he is inconsolable. He posted the ordeal they went through yesterday September  5th.

Yesterday seemingly was the craziest day of my life. First my flat almost got burnt due to gas overflow.  leaving my house to 44pictures’ studio, someone i’m in business with handed me 1.2M for a transaction. I had the money in my backpack in the studio knowing i will finish with the photoshoot and momo the money to someone in Bamenda. It didnt take long before some hoodlums barged in and put  with guns and machetes and everything gone in a split second including my phone and other valuables. Guys if you are in buea make sure your door is well shut or locked before 6pm. To think we got robbed at 7:30Pm is still very much unbelievable. They came with masks pretending to be Amba boys but they are just bunch of dangerous thugs with guns and machete. Stay safe guys.

We thank God that no one was injured during the operation.
